Our client is a hospitality-led premium workspace, with over 100 locations worldwide in APAC, US, and Europe.

The Role

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will work closely with 3 other creative and collaborative members of the marketing team.

You will play a key role in planning, developing, and implementing the company’s overall social media strategy in order to support and improve its online presence and overall digital marketing efforts. You will also ensure the optimization of social media posts in order to maximize exposure to the general public.

You will constantly test new digital platforms and keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in digital/ performance marketing
Other responsibilities include:
  • Planning monthly editorial calendar for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Collaborating with Creative Director, Regional Content Executive and respective market leads for 3 markets in Asia to develop and implement a thorough content strategy
  • Work closely with graphic designers and Creative Director to strategize, create and publish content in both art and copy
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media and ROI – gather and analyze data from Social Media marketing tools and present them in an easily digestible, visually engaging format for various teams from on-the-ground to management

The person we are looking for is someone who has a natural creative flair and passion for engaging an online audience and has a deep understanding of member personas so that content strategy is aligned with the company brand values. This person should be highly resourceful and possess a steep learning curve so as to eventually be presenting publish-ready content to the Creative Director with little direction

You have excellent knowledge of social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, Google+
We're looking for a Social Medi Strategist who could address these questions confidently and expertly:
  • What’s the latest and upcoming social media tool that we should be using?
  • Should we be on TikTok? If not, why? What brand engagement tools should we be harnessing to maximize our engagement?
  • Is the latest update on Instagram worth the hype?
  • What best practices could we be including in our social media vertical that we aren’t already?
