The Company

A strategic comms agency in Singapore specializing in corporate & financial comms is looking for a communications specialist to join their team as they continue to grow. The agency has 18 offices globally and counting - they are a specialist and have deep expertise in what they do, working across all sectors.

The Role
  • Act as a client leader, and maintain a clear and consistent communication channel between the client and the account team
  • Manage quality implementation for the client portfolio within budget and timelines
  • Effectively manage client accounts and programs 
  • Provide high-standard counseling and consulting to clients on a daily basis and maintain healthy relationships with crucial decision makers at client companies 
  • Advise and manage client’s content development and thought leadership building 
  • Review and edit communication collateral drafted by junior team members 
  • Support senior management on crisis management issues
  • Conduct formal presentations in a variety of settings and influence decision makers within client and prospective client companies
  • Build relationships with media members and influencers who are key to your clients’ industries and businesses
  • Work with senior leaders to identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
  • Take ownership of new business proposals 
  • Coach, mentor and delegate responsibilities to junior staff 
  • Plan and advise clients on social & digital strategy and tactics


& You... 

• 6-8 years related experience in corporate communications and/or financial communications 
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multiple stakeholders while maintaining good relationships 
• International experience (study and/or work) a plus 
• Have a strong appetite for global news and macroeconomic/finance events 
• A deep understanding and broad resources in media 
• Candidate needs to be confident, agile and proactive 
• Must display a strong work ethic, high standards and commitment to the role
