The Company
This a global comms agency that has offices across ten markets in APAC.  They are innovators, a bit cheeky, well established in their field, and they are growing quickly.  In the last few years they have had consecutive double digit growth, which has been exciting and led to multiple awards.  They are known for having great longevity of staff, many of their employees have been with them for years.    

The Role
Due to their growth they are looking to create a new role in the APAC leadership team. This person will be free to obsess about all things People: culture, coaching, development, leadership pathways, hiring new roles and inspiring the current team so that everyone feels equipped, capable and ready to take the next steps ahead of them.

During a stage of growth everyone's roles inevitably shift.  This role will make sure there is cohesiveness in the culture and in the team's career plans, so that change can be something exciting and something to embrace, and not something that disrupts.  They want to keep all the good things as they grow and this role will ensure that the People, one of the agency's greatest assets, are given the focus and support needed to remain on their game, ambitious, and enjoying their roles.    

Working as a senior leader in the region, the role will have the same ultimate targets as any senior regional leader - to help the business achieve its goals.  This role will take a strong focus on people to make that happen, and work alongside other leaders in a Senior Leadership Team for the region. 


& You

- You will have experience as a senior leader, at SAD to MD level
- Ideally you'll have gained this experience in the Comms industry
- You'll have worked in an agency environment and understand the idiosyncrasies of this type of business 
- You'll have experience in putting People at the heart of your winning leadership style
- You could come from HR or People Management, or you may have worked in a Business Leadership role or Sales: from any of those backgrounds, you will be passionate about People and looking for a role that puts them front and centre of your role
