Our client is in the marketing and advertising space, with events management at its core of its offering. Since its inception the company has been working with blue chip technology brands to execute large scale events and conferences.
The Roles
The Event Producer would be to ensure that all events are executed well within the project timeline, for both onsite and online events.
- Organise events including trade and hospitality events, conferences, exhibitions, and virtual/ hybrid events from conception to completion across the Asia Pacific region.
- Conduct market research, gather information and develop proposals and presentations for events including trade and hospitality events, conferences, exhibitions, webinars and hybrid events.
- Responsible for researching, procuring and negotiating contracts with event vendors including logistic, equipment, entertainment and venues across the Asia Pacific region.
- Physical Event: Manage on-site operations, production, technical and manpower management to ensure smooth delivery of the events.
- Virtual Event: Create, customise, and configure virtual event pages. Upload content and create custom virtual meeting layouts and event flows.
- Possess excellent communication abilities with immaculate attention to details.
- Complementary competencies and/or knowledge such as marketing, show calling, virtual event platform set-up are a plus.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant regional event management experience.
