The Opportunity
We are looking for an individual who loves to work with our passionate and creative team and help build programs and grow a client's brand.You will be someone who develops hybrid scenarios for both web and app development. You will function as a key member of the Development team responsible for programing and back-end integration for the projects in both Web and Apps. Working with the other team members in creating, iterating, presenting, and executing exceptional design solutions that exceed client expectations.
The Work
- Design the architecture for systems, services and pipelines to ensure high stability, reliability and data consistency.
- Work out solutions for product features and technical requirements and implement them with high quality.
- Work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high quality work in rapid product development.
- Actively participate in the overall application and Web development lifecycle.
- Produce technical specs and original designs for new software products and services, based on client requirements and functional specs, in collaboration with other development and product team members.
- Works with peers in the creation of project specifications and time plans.
- Work as a point of translation between external and internal, technical and non-technical audiences.
- Maintains communications with appropriate agency and client personnel to ensure positive workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or related major.
- Experienced in building backend services for large-scale consumer-facing applications.
- Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, C++, Scala
- In depth knowledge of common databases and messaging frameworks like MySQL/Redis/Kafka etc.
- Deep understanding of computer architectures, data structures and algorithms.
- Have good team communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with payment or transaction processing systems is preferable.
- Hands-on backend web development experience.
