The Role
You will be supporting the Account Director and the MD managing one of the agency’s key accounts ( a mobile technology unicorn in transport, logistics, and financial service) by leading the account’s strategy and managing and delegating tasks across the full process of the campaign delivery and performance.
You are expected to work closely with the client’s senior management teams and will be serving as the face of the account for the Indonesia market
You will lead a team of 10-15 members across SG and ID to support the development of channel plans and creative solutions that are planned holistically with the broader media mix. You are also expected to train, mentor, and give direction to junior team members while managing their workloads and providing support where needed.

The person we are looking for is someone who is a self-starter and is passionate about achieving results. The team needs a problem solver who proactively seeks solutions that improve workflow/ processes.
It is essential that this person has experience in the Indonesian market or has a very strong skillset and experience in leading App marketing campaigns/ projects.
Other qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field
- At least 5 years of digital media experience in an agency environment
- Demonstrable knowledge of the digital media landscape, along with new trends and innovations in the industry.
- In-depth understanding of digital investment and how it’s executed by working with internal teams across programmatic, search, and social.
- Experience in managing a team of junior members and promoting their growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present well externally on behalf of the team in a consultative, client-facing environment.
