Our Client Our client is in the marketing and advertising space, with events management at its core of its offering. Since its inception the company has been working with blue chip technology brands to execute large scale events and conferences.   Create concepts, and visualisations of ideas and creative for experiential activations, exhibition booths, conferences and a whole host of B2B events.  Produce technical and production drawings, and layouts for briefing and costings.  Produce quick communication models for initial costings, proposal documents and to share ideas efficiently and quickly amongst the wider project teams.  Comprehensive knowledge in event production, and able to design within budget perimeters. Able to work with brand guidelines to adapt and create design solutions to fulfil the event's objectives.  Participate in design and creative brainstorming and collaborate with team members across the agency on projects and initiatives.  Work closely with event production vendors to manage costs, production and installation of designs, on time and within budget. Event Executive

Our Client Our client is in the marketing and advertising space, with events management at its core of its offering. Since its inception the company has been working with blue chip technology brands to execute large scale events and conferences.   Conduct market research, gather information and develop proposals and presentations for B2B events including conferences, exhibitions, webinars and hybrid events. Responsible for researching, procuring and negotiating contracts with event vendors including logistic, equipment, entertainment and venues across the Asia Pacific region. Manage logistic, accommodation and travel requirements of the event delegates leading up to the event, ensuring that event requirements are met. Manage registration system including data management, reporting, EDM blasts and on-site registration. Physical Event: To assist in on-site operations, production and manpower management to ensure smooth delivery of the events. Virtual Event: Assist event manager to determine all platform requirements for virtual events to create, customise, and configure virtual event pages. Upload content and create custom virtual meeting layouts and event flows   Requirements   2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the event industry Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Proficiency in written English (must) and other languages (preferred). Candidate should be detailed oriented and be able to work independently Candidate must be confident in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

I lead global recruitment projects as well as senior placements in the Digital and Tech sectors in APAC.

I specialise in high-growth startups (FinTech, EdTech, MarTech, AdTech, HealthTech), consulting firms, e-commerce, and corporates looking to scale their business and headcount across general management, commercial, strategy, operations and marketing functions.I have a strong passion for new technology and enjoy working with leaders and entrepreneurs who aim to change the status quo using technology. Some of the clients I have had key successes with in the last 12 years include Thunes, LiveRamp, Apple, Standard Chartered Bank, Prudential. Types of roles that I would typically recruit for are C-Suite, Strategy/Planning, Business Directors, SVPs and other leadership roles.

One of the highlights of my career is leading a global recruitment project for a very exciting high growth fintech startup, filling 40 roles across the US, UK, Kenya, China, Dubai, Argentina. The success of the project has given me hands on experience in being an in-house recruiter, managing global stakeholders, as well as exposure to global recruitment. On top of this project, I was also involved in a few of the global senior hires, including the SVP of Global Strategy.

On a personal front, I am a certified yoga instructor having graduated from Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica and I also volunteer at dog shelters in the region when I have the time! I am a serious dog mama with two rescues, Hunden and Brownie.
