With 20+ years of success building revenue generating divisions and highly productive teams across some of the best media and communications agencies in the world, I decided to put my leadership skills to use in a different way – by focusing on drawing out brilliance in others. And so I trained and evolved into a professional coach. As a result of my career, my core clients tend to come from the agency world (PR, advertising, media and digital).

As a leader I understand the challenges and rewards of holding a leadership position. I appreciate the importance of meaningful leadership and purposeful work. I know the value of continuous personal development and growth. I believe in the possibility of possibilities, and I believe in challenging people to discover all of this in a playful and inspiring way.I’ve helped clients get the promotion they have been chasing, supported clients in career transition, unlocked capabilities, and helped people overcome challenges that have been holding them back.

I hold an honors degree in Psychology and trained under the International Coaching Federation (ICF), but my path towards becoming a professional coach started way back in my teenage years (although obviously I didn’t know this at the time) where I started taking an interest in psychology and solving problems for people. In fact, this topic has been a secret hobby of mine for most of my life!

Coaching allows me to draw upon all my experience (personal and professional) and my passion for people’s potential, to help others succeed in creating brilliance in their world.

Rina Lee
Rina Lee

​I look after senior placements in the digital and tech sectors in APAC, anything across general management, commercial, strategy, operations and marketing functions. The areas I work in include high growth startups (fintech, edtech, martech, adtech, healthtech) consulting firms, ecommerce and corporates.

I also lead global recruitment projects, particularly for high growth startups that are looking to scale their business and headcount globally.

I have a strong passion for new technology and enjoy working with leaders and entrepreneurs who aim to change the status quo using technology.

Some of the clients I have had key successes include Thunes, LiveRamp, Apple, Standard Chartered Bank, Prudential. Types of roles that I would typically recruit for are C-Suite, Strategy/Planning, Business Directors, SVPs and other leadership roles.

In the last 12 years I have worked with startups, mid sized companies as well as large corporates, hiring into various functions particularly across mid to senior level roles.
Over the last few years, I have worked with exciting startups, high growth companies and enterprises to build successful, high performing leadership teams and at the same time helped candidates on their career journey with fantastic job opportunities in the digital and tech space.

One of the highlights of my career is leading a global recruitment project for a very exciting high growth fintech startup, filling 40 roles across various markets like US, UK, Kenya, China, Dubai, Argentina. The project was highly successful and has given me hands on experience on being in an in-house recruiter, managing global stakeholders and also exposure to global recruitment. On top of this project I was also involved in a few of the global senior hires, including the SVP of global Strategy.

On a personal front, I am a certified yoga instructor having graduated from Marianne Wells Yoga School in Costa Rica and I also volunteer at dog shelters in the region when I have the time! I am a serious dog mama with two rescues, Hunden and Brownie.

Kenny Ho

​I focus on delivering end to end recruitment services to clients using our subscription product. I handle both tech & non-tech roles globally including country the UK, USA, Africa and APAC. I have a strong passion for people-related topics, and keen to learn other processes that contribute towards successful implementation of best practices around Human Resource topics.

Types of clients I worked with are within the Fintech/Technological space which includes company such as Thunes - A Cross border payment network company. Types of candidates that I typically recruit for are Software engineers, Business Analysts, Compliance, Business Development, Accountancy, Treasury/Finance, and many more.

I come with the experience of both in-house talent acquisition and external recruitment in multiple industries - Manufacturing, Telco and Financial Institution. I have handled end-to-end recruitment processes and acquired a series of best practices around recruitment. One of the most notable projects that I have been involved in includes the implementation of an online recruitment platform, successfully moving away from highly manual, paper-based recruitment processes. Aside from that, successfully support client on their employer branding initiatives through multiple career events to build pipeline for future hiring needs.

Outside of the office, I do enjoy spending good amount of time with family and friends as I enjoy being in a group. Keeping myself busy with an average amount of road cycling, getting to know different individuals that shares the same hobby.
