How would you define the culture at The Mint Partners?

We are people oriented (our staff and our clients are exceptionally important to us), results driven (every person at Mint strives for the best, most on-brand result achievable) and we all have a great sense of fun.

What do you look for in great talent?

We look for people that are going to fit in with our culture and have the sense of humour, urgency and compassion that it takes to do what we all do.

What do you see as some key emerging trends in the communications industry in 2015 and beyond?

Social will continue to grow and PR will continue to take the leadership in this. We will see more importance put into the PR industry, particularly as search changes from SEO to PR lead algorithms.

Brand journalism will lead the way for brands to continue to tell their stories through owned and earned media channels. Their content will be more interesting as they have a third party tell their story.

The industry will continue in its growth, and there will be more agencies forming relationships that go on to create super agencies.
