The Role
Reporting directly to the Senior Strategy Consultant and Client & Operations Director, you will be the bridge between data-driven insights and world-class creative execution. You will navigate high-level stakeholder landscapes to define why a brand exists and how it wins.
- Architecting the Narrative: You’ll use a mix of qualitative and quantitative data to build "brand love." You don’t just deliver a deck; you deliver a long-term strategy that creates market leaders.
- Stakeholder Mastery: You will be at the forefront of engagement, connecting with C-suite leaders to understand organisational strengths and challenges. You turn complex problems into actionable strategic solutions.
- Deep-Dive Research & Analysis: You’ll audit competitors, marketing strategies, and customer profiles.
- Data Translation: From Google Analytics and UX research to nuanced customer feedback and engagement surveys, you will gather and assess a wide array of data points to glean the insights that set a brand apart.
About you
- A minimum of 5 yrs experience as a Brand Strategist (Senior level), ideally within a consultancy or top-tier agency environment.
- A deep understanding of the Asian markets and the nuances of the service, retail, and tech sectors.
- Comfort with both qualitative and quantitative data—you know how to turn a spreadsheet into a compelling brand story.
- You are a confident communicator who can influence senior management and work seamlessly with internal creative and programme teams.
