The Role
- Work closely with the Managing Director and the sales team on revenue generation across their various offerings to prospective clients
- Source and engage potential clients to generate sales leads in the local and regional market
- Apply a thorough understanding of PR and marketing to the unique demands of individual SMEs and Start-ups
- Drive quality meetings with clients, through consultative selling
- Build and maintain rapport and relationship with existing and new clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement new marketing and sales strategies
- Identifying appropriate offerings to fulfill the highly individual needs of the diverse clientele
- Managing the sales team and building up capabilities overtime
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
- Past experience in working with SMEs and start-up clients, preferably with an existing network of contacts
- Past experience in media/advertising sales or related fields will be advantageous
- Ability to communicate concisely and clearly both orally and in writing
- Strong presentation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent client servicing skills
- Able to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn
- Motivated and result-oriented
- Creative and resilient attitude
