The Role
In this role, you will provide senior counsel to clients at all levels on strategies and approaches to reach audiences locally and regionally.
You'll manage the Public Relations and Communications Team based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Singapore MD, you will ensure revenue and P&L targets for the account are met. To achieve this, you will have the full support of different senior leaders within the Singapore office.

We are looking for a senior professional to lead our Public Relations and Communications Team. You are a seasoned integrated communications practitioner, who can advise the client on all aspects of communications – with support from a team of PR/Social/Creative specialists.
You will have experience working with clients or client contacts in Singapore and Southeast Asia, and understand their ways of working.
• Minimum 12+ years’ experience working in a Public Relations or Marketing
Communications agency
• Proven experience advising clients on all aspects of communications – across
channels (traditional and digital), and areas (brand, reputation, crisis, consumer, lifestyle, technology)
• Previous P&L and team management experience
In your role, you will:
• Lead, inspire, coach, and manage the Public Relations and Communications
Team, in owning the delivery of proposals and work
• Tailor the best team to deliver against different briefs and lead these teams in
converting briefs to revenue, and delivering impactful results
• Lead the development of impactful strategies and creative campaigns, across
both PR and social media
• Ensure revenue and P&L targets are achieved by proactively identifying and
unlocking additional briefs and new clients
• Key relationship manager for senior client contacts
