Our Client is hiring a Head of Finance to be responsible for and execute across strategic planning, fundraising, implementation, managing and running of all the finance activities including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, treasury, risk and governance. Partnering with the CEO, you will oversee the metrics and numbers, present results, as well as provide key insights to deliver measurable value and contribute to long-term objectives of the business. 
You are comfortable interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, including board of directors and investors. You are well-versed with structuring both equity and debt rounds to achieve the vision.
You are able to balance between risk management and creating business value at the same time, while establishing core financial processes and reporting requirements to lead and support them through hypergrowth mode.
Job Responsibilities
Treasury
● Manage, control, and report cash flow and future cash requirements
● Build banking relationships for all corporate needs Funding/Investor Relations
● Involve in the company's strategic initiatives, such as fundraising for both equity and debt facilities
● Prepare the Lending Facility reports and maintain good relationships with local and multinational lenders that provide working capital facilities
● Prepare the Investor relations report and maintain good relationship with local and multinational investors
Forecasting & Projections
● Create accurate projections of financial performance and control it closely
● Preparing the rolling forecasts on an as needed basis
● Assist with the planning and forecasting processes in partnership with our Leadership team
● Assist Leadership team with the annual budgeting process
Strategic Planning & Finance Direction
● Assist and advise management, primarily CEO/CFO, in any financial or related matters
● Provide business analysis of key financial information and recommendations to support
management in achieving overall Company objectives and business improvements
Financial Reporting
● Maintain integrity of all financial record keeping
● Supervise preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements & associated financial reports
● Provide update of business and financial activity alongside analysis of operating results
Operations Management
● Managing the accounting, finance, and tax staff/external consultants
● Own all aspects of FP&A and oversee operations processing of transactions such as billings, accounts payable, payroll, collections, cash receipts, and physical inventories. This job involves detailed policies and lots of paperwork.
● Assist CEO with the credit function including monitoring of credit terms, collection statuses and receivables and settlement agreements, if required.
Payroll & Taxation
● Execute payroll and related taxation according to compliance requirement
● Ensure that company is tax-compliant with the regulations and no risk of future penalties
● Creating an effective corporate tax plan and strategy
● Responsible for all tax operations, reporting & filings at the division level, including payroll, property, sales, use, and Corporate Income Tax (CIT) taxes
Internal Controls & Risk Management
● Assist Leadership team to administer/improve finance, IT/MIS, and accounting policies and procedures, updating and recommending changes as required
● Develop and maintain a system of internal controls to see that money and other assets are used appropriately
● Manage and assess all company’s financial risks and recommend whether to take them with mitigation strategies
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor's degree in Finance and or any related field; MSc/MBA/CPA is a plus
● Minimum of 10+ years of working experience in Finance industry
● Prior experience within Multinational FMCG and/or hypergrowth start-ups
● Proficient with MS Office and financial management software
● Good English communication skills is a must
● Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
● Ability to strategize and problem solve at all levels
● Able to work in a fast-paced working environment
● Strong leadership and organisational skills
● Excellent communication and people skills
● An analytical mind, data-driven, and comfortable with numbers
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with fundraising and structuring both equity and debt vehicles
● Well-versed with foreign exchange hedging strategies
● Capital Markets background
● Good Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
● Network/connections with Local and Multinational lenders/Investor
