Our client is an early-stage Cyber Security company, focusing on artificial intelligence algorithms. With offices in Singapore, the USA and France, the company is looking for an Engineering Manager.
The Role
- Building and executing engineering roadmap
- Managing a technical team
- The hiring of new talents and optimizing the teams and processes, performance review and promotions
- Maintain high-quality development by using Scrum methodology
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any relevant background
- Ideally with minimally 10 years of working experience within the engineering space
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team
- Knowledge and experience with Big Data Technologies (Spark, Kafka, etc)
- Experience with technologies such as Python, Django, Flask
