As an HR Operations Assistant at 33 Talent, I work alongside the HR Operations Manager to support the seamless delivery of big projects and ensure the needs of hiring managers are met.
Since Junior College and from my Bachelor's in UOL, I've had extensive exposure to both theory and practice within Business and Management. I also additionally took up a psychology elective to better understand the inner workings of the mind and the biases that come along with it. These experiences have helped me to comprehend and manage individuals with different perceptions more strategically and empathetically.
On top of being a part of the 33 Talent team, I teach in my free time! I specialise in Geography and am passionate about equipping students with the necessary skills and knowledge for their future. To conquer my purpose in life, I aim to be a catalyst of change and add value to the lives of others.
Finally, I've also had the opportunity to lead the Indian Dance team to victory and distinctions from Singapore's Youth Festival. It was an eye-opening experience to work in a diverse setting and learn more about embracing other cultures.
